Are these events trying to tell us something?

May 21, 2008

Somehow, I discovered something that is really 邪门. That I daren’t think about it.

Just look at the big big events that have been happening in China recently from the start of 2008.

On 25 January 2008, China experienced its worst snowstorm since 1954, causing several delays in traffic, and massive power outages in central and southern parts of the country. An estimated 133 people were killed in this China blizzard with snowstorm during January and February.

25 January – Add the digits together.

2 + 5 + 1 = 8

On 14 March 2008, protests and subsequent riots began in Tibet when 300 monks demanded the release of other monks detained. But soon after, political demands surfaced and the protest turned violent. Seven are reported dead in Lhasa, Tibet as protests turn violent.

Protests began on the anniversary of the failed 1959 Tibetan uprising with calls for the release of detained Buddhist monks. Other protests followed calling for Tibetan independence and displaying the banned Tibetan national flag.

14 March – Add the digits together.

1 + 4 + 3 = 8

And most recently, widely covered in media, the Sichuan Earthquake, which happened on 12 May 2008. A magnitude 7.9 earthquake hits China’s Sichuan province, killing at least 40,000 people and the death toll is expected to rise.

Tens of thousands are missing, approximately 14,000 of them buried, and eight provinces were affected. The earthquake left about 4.8 million people homeless. It was the deadliest and strongest earthquake to hit China since the 1976 Tangshan earthquake, which killed over 240,000 people.

12 May – Add the digits together.

1 + 2 + 5 = 8

Yeah. You get the number 8 by adding the digits of the day and the month of those natural and political disasters that happened in China this year.

You might be thinking so what if we get the number 8.

Bear in mind that the 2008 Olympics is held in Beijing, China this year.

And the 2008 Beijing Olympics will commence on 8 August 2008.

See the link that the number 8 plays now?

And is this a sign that is going to tell us that something bad is going to happen in the 2008 Beijing Olympics?

I don’t want to think of it now. I’m just glad that my favourite song 不能说的秘密 is playing on YES 933 at 2.56am now.
